Bulk Mixing

We can manufacture liquid bulk using homogenization, dispersion or simple dilutions. Process temperatures can be up to 90' C. Purified, sterile water is produced on site from our own water treatment plant.

We can also produce dry powder mixes with daily capacity of aprox 50,000 kg.

Bottle Filling

We can fill from 50 to 1500 ml of liquids or gels into bottles on our fully automatic and semi automatic bottle, filling and capping lines.

Daily production rates are approximately 150,000 units/day.

Powerpak can source standard bottles and closures from our approved local, EU and Asian partners. Alternatively we can design and produce a bespoke form for your application.

Tube Filling

We have two fully automatic high speed tube filling lines capable of filling and sealing plastic (extruded or laminated) and Aluminum tubes.

Plastic tubes are sealed with hot air welding and Aluminum tubes by crimping and folding.

Tube diameters can range from 6 mm to 50 mm and filling capacities can be from 5 ml to 250 ml.

Sachet Form & Fill

We have several sachet lines giving a daily capacity of over 600, 000 units. We can fill sachets with liquids, pastes and powders.

All common heat sealable laminates are processed including plastic, Aluminum and paper.

Fill volumes can range from 1 ml up-to 250 ml. Many formats are available from simple rectangular to bottle shaped, strips, neck hanger, euro hole punched. we can batch code using embossing or ink jet.

We can source and organize all your printed laminate requirements ( flexo or gravure) with our approved local suppliers.

Trial and Sample Packaging

Powerpak has extensive experience in the manufacture of sample and trial packs for distribution by hand, magazine, post or on pack.

We can offer you many trial pack options that will not only deliver your product safely to the consumer but will also represent your standard retail pack In appearance and performance.

We can also offer many end of line finishing options eg gluing on a leaflet, inserting into box, etc.

Microbiological & Chemical Quality Assurance Laboratory

We have a very well equipped quality control lab where all critical equipment is IQ, OQ and PQ certified. The lab's key capabilities include:

• Microbiological testing including colony counting and identification.
• Luminometer for microbial ATP assay
• HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography)
• Digital refractometer
• Volumetric and Karl Fischer titrations
• Conductivity & pH measurement
• Many other chemical & physical testing capabilities

Packaging Engineering Department

In mid 2016 we will complete the investment in a new engineerings department. The key asset will be a four axis CNC milling center. The new facility will produce many benefits including:

• shorter time and lower cost for tooling production
• produce our own packaging machines
• reduce reliance on outside contractors
• Increase level of automation throughout the factory
